I had the pleasure of dealing with Sylvia and she was very professional and friendly. My sister's 60th birthday is coming up and she wanted a Catalina hoodie. Sylvia took the time to send me pictures and once we decided on the purchase she agreed to FedEx to me. I highly recommend this store for it's great customer service and quality goods.

An absolutely amazing store with some of the most hard to come by and unique Cubs merchandise there is. Loved the history and service of the store. Can’t wait to visit again!
